Up to temperature in about 8 seconds.
A colour or material change takes seconds, not minutes, which keeps multi-colour jobs quick and affordable.
Colours line up to within 25 µm.
Every nozzle is measured before a multi-material print, so colour edges stay crisp and features land where you drew them.
Clogs caught as they happen.
Grinding filament or a blocked nozzle is spotted straight away, before it can ruin a part.
Long batches run through the night.
When a spool runs out, a fresh one of the same material feeds in and the batch carries on.

How an order works
Most orders ship within five working days. Priority and next-day printing are available when the printer has space, and the quote shows the dates.

We check it and print it
Someone looks at every file before it prints. If anything looks wrong, you'll hear from us first.

Questions people ask
Which files can I upload?
STL and 3MF work for everything. STEP files are best for engineering parts because they keep exact dimensions. If you only have a drawing or a photo of a broken part, use the engineering quote form and we'll model it for you.
How long will it take?
Standard orders are dispatched within five working days, usually sooner. Priority is two working days and next-day is one, when the printer has room. The quote shows the actual dispatch date before you pay.
Can you help me design a part?
Yes. Design and reverse-engineering work is quoted by the hour. Send what you have, whether that's a sketch, the broken original or a rough model, and say what the part has to do.
Is my design kept private?
Your files are only used to make your order and are deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders. We're happy to sign your NDA before you send anything.
What if a part doesn't fit?
If we got it wrong, we reprint it free. If the model was wrong, we'll help you fix it and reprint at cost.
